No Refund / No Return Policy (Custom Products)

At T&R Creations, all items are custom-made and personalized, therefore all sales are final.
🚫 No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each item is made specifically for you based on the details provided at checkout. Please ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) are accurate before completing your purchase.
⚠️ Exceptions (Errors or Damaged Items Only)
We will only offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item (not matching your order)
To request a resolution, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The item received

If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement (preferred solution), or
- A refund (full or partial, at our discretion)

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer errors (typos, incorrect personalization details submitted)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier
- Delivery issues due to incorrect address input
💳 Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a violation of our store policies, and we reserve the right to dispute any claims with evidence of your order and acceptance of these terms.
