• Orders are not shipped the same day

• During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address

If your package is returned to us:

• The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Delivered-but-not-received claims

If your package shows as delivered, please:
